International deliveries to the rest of the world, including Australia, America & Canada start from £19.99 using UPS tracked & signed service. We are not liable for any delays/failures in delivery if we
can not gain access to the delivery address or under any other
circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking Your Order

Returns & Exchanges
Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges unless goods are faulty or damaged. To avoid this, goods are extensively inspected and recorded before shipping. If you believe your goods were damaged during delivery, you must obtain ‘Proof of Damage’ documentation from the delivery courier. All damages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of goods. On receipt of returned goods, we will inspect the products. If liability is accepted we will refund you for the cost of the goods or exchange. We are not liable for any other costs beyond the cost of goods.
